My favorite healthy “ice cream” that is quick and easy to prepare with just a handful of ingredients and endless options for flavor combinations!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 tsp frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and sea salt to food processor and process until everything is broken down into an ice cream like texture.
- Fold in chocolate chips and serve right away.
Notes
- For a firmer, more scoop-able “ice cream”, add to a freezer safe dish and freeze for at least two hours before scooping and serving.
- Should there be any leftover, you can store in a freezer safe container for up to 3 months.
